Frankfurt – financial capital

Lots of things about Frankfurt are just that little bit bigger than in other German cities: the airport, for example, the banking district, the exhibition centre and – perhaps surprisingly – the belt of green land on its doorstep. Frankfurt’s people are proud of their city, which puts most others in the shade when it comes to quality of life. Another source of pride – and of shade – are the breathtaking skyscrapers.
